Excellent opportunity for an MCSE/MCSA certified Techncial Support Engineer, holding 1 years+ commercial experience. Your skill set will include: Excellent Windows Server 2003 administration skills - ideally an MCSE/MCSA Excellent communication and diagnostic skills - role is mainly phone based Excellent client-facing skills A good all round IT skill set including TCP/IP, general networking etc A logical, lateral mindset - adept at solving problems Desirable skills: An MCSE, MCSA or other Microsoft accreditation is extremely advantageous An understanding of Unix, Cisco, Citrix, Solaris A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing or IT Supporting complex Windows Server issues remotely and from the creation of lab environments, your role will encompass liaison with enterprise customers, including technical support engineers. Your role will play a key role within our client’s extensive support operations, as a valued member of the team; you will receive ongoing training and funding of relevant IT accreditations.
