(IT) Helpdesk Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large media company. Our client; based in the Sydney CBD are seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team. Key accountabilities within this role include: - 12 months or more experience in Helpdesk Support. - Experience in a Windows Operating System - Troubleshoot customer issues. - Excellent customer liaising skills with a positive, confident and approachable attitude. Demonstrated basic technical expertise in: - Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Exchange Industry certifications are highly regarded but not essential.
