Melbourne Easter Suburbs $36k PA + super 6-12 months experience Our client, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a help desk support person who has 6-12 months experience, including MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel). Responsibilities include taking calls from users, logging calls, providing support for applications, providing hardware support, first level fault diagnosis, ensuring calls are resolved, liaising with customers and refining procedural documentation. This is an exciting career position for a help desk person who has 6mths+ experience and would like to work close to home in the Eastern Suburbs. Candidates must be Australian permanent residents living in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs who have 6mths+ help desk experience.
