(IT) Support Analyst - Global Property Investment Firm


This is an opportunity for an ambitious IT professional who enjoys providing great service to business users and customers. The role will see you supporting a fast-growing, yet fun and friendly business across local and international offices. The technical environment is broad ranging and includes J2EE, .NET, SQL, Windows and state-of-the-art document management systems. There are several in-house developed applications and whilst this role is primarily focused upon support, there are extensive opportunities and options for you to be involve in development. The client specialises in commercial. Do you have a combination of these skills? SQL Server Windows Web technologies such as ASP, HTML, Java etc Great customer service skills Outgoing personality combined with excellent communication skills If you have experience with any workflow, imaging, electronic document management or other collaboration software, then that will be considered an advantage although not essential as training will be provided The client is keen to hire between one and two people into this role and would prefer to train and invest in candidates with a desire to provide business support. You may wish to pursue a career as a Business Analyst, equally, you may wish to further your technical skills and move into a dedicated development role in the future, you may enjoy working with a broad range of technology and people.
