(IT) Unix Engineer X 2 QLD Based - International IT Company - Much To Offer

My client is an ASX listed company, has an international presence (offices in NZ, Spain, Sweden, North America, France etc), 10 years + industry experience and mountains of industry awards under their belt. We are currently looking for multiple Unix Engineers to relocate up to sunny QLD for a permanent role. The successful people will be responsible for the design, documentation, configuration, implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of production Unix systems and the applications they run. The major responsibilities for this position are: configuration and ongoing support and maintenance of production Unix/Linux platforms. Troubleshooting performance and stability issues from the network layer through to the application. Provide timely and appropriate solutions to customers and team members with Unix/Linux issues. To be able to handle this role effectively, you must be able to work autonomously and in a team based environment, have experience in large to enterprise sized environments and be able to work under pressure.
