(IT) Support Analyst/Desktop Analyst
Support Analyst required to join a leading international law firm to be based in their Hong Kong office, supporting 150 users. As a dedicated IT Analyst for the region, you will provide quality IT support to the firms user base, with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise. You will be expected to have all-round technical skills from 1st line application support (MS Office 2003, document management and bespoke systems), 2nd line PC and hardware (Active Directory, DNS, SMS) to 3rd line Server and network troubleshooting (Switches and Hubs, TCP/IP, Exchange 2003). Candidates for this role must have previous experience within a similar or related role with a comprehensive knowledge of business processes with the ability to able to prioritise calls effectively. You would be an extremely self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
