(IT) Legal IT Support Coordinator - Hong Kong


Roles this good don’t come up in Hong Kong very often, so don’t hesitate to apply as interest in the position is sure to be high! You will be the first point of contact for all IT queries and assistance for all staff in the firm’s Hong Kong office, and will also provide support globally as required. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring system performance, trouble-shooting and helpdesk support for all users, hardware/software installation maintenance, provide ad hoc training to users, coordinating renewal of external supplier contracts, and setting up new joiners. First-class customer service skills are mandatory to be considered for this role, as is prior experience in a role with similar responsibilities in a law firm or other professional services environment.
