This national IT company, specializing in Web and application solutions, is looking for Technical Account Manager to work with their dedicated team of BDM’s and Client Service Executives. This role is an operational, as well as strategic role whose function is to act as the client’s advocate within the organization. The TAM will be responsible for maintaining, developing and improving services for that client. Generally, the right candidate for this role will have between 1 and 3 years in a client relationship role, with a highly technical focus. As the successful candidate you’ll have: a certificate or Degree in a related IT field. Consultative and suggestive selling skills. Client relationship management skills.
