(IT) IT Support Analyst

In the role of IT Production Support Analyst, you will be primarily focused on providing technical application and product support for application and third party systems. Key responsibilities would include installing, configuring and troubleshooting and monitoring the systems, as well as liaising with technical support teams and vendor development members. Ideally, you will have over one years experience working in an applications support environment, preferably in a level 2 support capacity. Interpersonally, you are results orientated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your strong client service mentality and outstanding people development skills will further set you apart.
