A leading organisation located in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Analyst to come on board and provide essential IT support to the organisation. In this role you will be required to support a range of technologies from Windows OS’s to MS Office. This role is a fantastic opportunity to pick up new skills and experience. To be successful you will require: MS Office troubleshooting skills Windows OS and Active Directory experience. Commercial experience working on an IT service desk. Great problem solving skills. Expose to Citrix, Lotus Notes and basic networking.
