(IT) Project Manager - IT And Business Focused

New role new projects fast growing business attractive salary package. This insurance business is achieving high growth rates and as a consequence is now initiating a number of projects to assist the business achieve even greater success. To meet these requirements they now need two experienced Project Manager to run major projects, with a programme of deliverables that they will be responsible for. They are looking for individuals with a good business focus and in particular an understanding of the insurance industry, although they will also look at people with superannuation experience. You will need to show 4 to 5 years project management experience, running medium to large applications or business focused projects. A structured approach to project delivery is key so you will have used either Prince 2, PMBOK or similar methodology and ideally will have a project management certification. You will have end to end responsibility for your programme of work, reporting to the CIO and project sponsor. You will be able to manage multi disciplinary teams and engage with the business to ensure buy in and ultimately successful delivery. Please note that this client will consider individuals on a temporary to permanent basis. The salary is negotiable, based on the individuals experience and fit to the role.
