Our Client, based in the CBD, is a leading IT Services provider offering full life-cycle services from business consulting, through integrated solutions to managed and outsourcing services. They are seeking a Business Analyst/Trainer to join the team in a permanent capacity. The purpose of this role is to work within the Interwoven Practice (Information Management Practice) to provide business analysis , design, implementation, and training (end user, train-the-trainer, admin) for integrated Interwoven WorkSite Document and Records Management solutions for various customers’ of this well established Client. Key responsibilities include : Business analysis , design, implementation continuing support Training preparation, delivery and documentation for end users, Trainer and admin staff Pre-sales activities including client site meetings and functional demonstrations Skills and knowledge required: 2 years minimum business analyst experience 2 years minimum practical experience in the document management industry Relevant training qualification or substantial software training experience Client focused with an extremely high level of presentation and superb communication skills Analytical mind and ability to think on your feet Desirable: Interwoven WorkSite NT analysis , implementation, admin and training skills Analysis/training skills in other applications such as FileNet, Documentum, Hummingbird DM/RM, Readsoft Eyes Hands, etc Interwoven WorkSite Certified If you are
