(IT) Service Delivery Manager


Working with this innovative Kiwi IT solutions provider you will have ownership of the relationship for one of their key Auckland clients. Working along side their sales teams and delivery teams you will be responsible for ensuring that all service delivery commitments to this client are met. If you have a passion for service delivery and a good understanding of ICT services this might just be the role for you! Ideal candidates for this position will have; a strong interest and understanding of ICT. 5 years people management experience in leading technical staff in challenging environments. Strong service delivery experience along with two years working in an operational management position. ITIL knowledge (preferred but not essential).
