(IT) Customer Service Administrator - IT Industry

This role will find you performing a variety of tasks, but is primarily focused on the management of customer orders/queries and escalated inquiries, with an emphasis on task management and reacting proactively to problem orders. The key to this role is quality with a ‘high attention to detail’ and offers a tremendous amount of task diversity on a daily basis. Daily communication with a number of internal departments, external product vendors, and logistics providers are all fundamental duties in this position.
