(IT) Technical Support Engineer - Japanese OR Korean Speaking

It is essential that you speak fluent English, and also fluent Japanese OR Korean.Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for Customers, System Integrators and Employees, relating to data capture/document input management systems and associate products. This includes assisting customers with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level technical issues, managing cases, dealing with escalations, etc. Essential requirements: Excellent bilingual communication skills (Fluent Japanese OR Korean language skills) Must be proficient in providing exceptional customer service. 1-3 years technical support or consulting experience.
