(IT) Customer Solutions Manager


This leading IT services provider offers full life cycle services from business consulting, through integrated solutions to managed and outsourcing services. They now seek a Customer Solutions Manager to join their Canberra team to ensure that the business centre has a clear responsibility for providing pre sales support, solution design and delivery of Line of Business products and services to a portfolio of customers within their assigned Business Centre. The Customer Solutions Manager is the local point of interface between the Business Centre and Lines of Business (technology solutions, managed services and business solutions). The Customer Solutions Manager’s team will consist of Solution Consultants, Principal Consultants and Project Managers. This varied role will require you to: work closely with management to deliver on business centre strategy and financial targets each year. Within the assigned portfolio, grow business by the development of a strategic plan, engaging with sales and identification and development of new business. Financial management via accurate reporting and forecasting. Ensure all projects assignments and service calls with the portfolio are delivered in accordance with the related business cases. Manage delivery of projects within assigned portfolio. Manage assigned staff (Solution Consultants, Principal Consultants and Project Managers) to ensure they are meeting or exceeding customer expectations. As required, act as a point of escalation
