(IT) PMO Administrator
SE location. Competitive salary package. Dynamic PMO. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a large, friendly and corporate IT division within a market leader. They are seeking a Project Office Administrator, capable of planning and scheduling diverse IT projects applied to the PMO activities. You will consult across the business to Project Manager and other technical experts on project planning, scheduling and methodologies. Key responsibilities: planning and scheduling of project tasks and resources. Provide input into the Project Management methodology. Maintain and coordinate user documentation/ training material. Provide advice and assistance to the Project Manager in project schedules, including input, analysis and reporting. Using project management software tools for planning and scheduling project tasks and resources (MS Project and Open Plan etc). Deliver presentations and training courses as required. Experience/skills/ qualifications: 4+ years project planning and scheduling experience, ideally exposure to techniques including Critical Path Method, PERT, PMBOK and Prince II Frameworks. Solid experience creating and maintaining project schedules. Ideally exposure across both infrastructure and applications development projects (however not mandatory). Experience with MS Project or Open Plan etc, and skilled with word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Excellent training, presentation, consulting and communication skills. Tertiary education in Engineering, IT
