(IT) Senior Systems Support

Headway’s policy is ‘total disclosure’ on contractor rates and margins. You will be part of a key group providing essential IT project and support services to the Australian and New Zealand offices within a large worldwide organisation. You will be responsible for undertaking key projects as well as, providing desktop, infrastructure and applications support for approximately 150 users in Australia and New Zealand. Whilst you will be part of a key group, you will need to have excellent technical and verbal communication skills. The organisation offers a very stable environment with a variety of interesting work. You will be reporting directly to the IT Manager in Australia. This is a great opportunity to continue to develop your hands on technical skills whilst developing your project management expertise. Essential skills required for this role include: a thorough and maintained working knowledge of the AS400 environment, W2003 and Lotus Notes operating systems and utilities, Cisco Routers, Switches and associated infrastructure; Active Directory experience; day to day support of the network (including TCP/IP) and infrastructure; Lotus Notes system administration & support.
