(IT) IT Helpdesk Support Officer


An excellent opportunity has arisen through growth of the company for an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to work in a young dynamic team based in Brisbane! As an IT Helpdesk Support Officer, your key responsibilities will be to receive and record all problem calls requiring IT support, resolve or escalate calls as appropriate, first level support of in-house systems, as well as being responsible for the general administration of Windows 2003 Active Directory Server environment. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for their first IT role, or someone with 3 to 6 months IT experience looking to be trained and developed by two Senior IT Helpdesk Officers. To be successful in this role you should have a strong customer service background, have an excellent telephone manner and have a can do attitude!
