(IT) Test Manager - Environment Setup And Management

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced IT Test Manager to join one of Australia’s leading blur chip brands. Working from their Parramatta office and leading a team of between 10 and 15 you will be responsible for the following: 1. To support Project Managers, Development Managers and Project Test Managers in managing the execution of System, Integration (E2E), UAT support and regression testing for releases within customer service and banking application portfolios. 2. Develop, implement and champion a test strategy and roadmap that optimises current testing environments and processes, with an aim to increasing productivity and quality. 3. Collaborate with peer Test Managers to ensure stability and relevance of end-to-end testing environments. To be considered for this position you will need the following skills and experience: 7+ years commercial IT experience, at least 3 years of experience in a test leadership capacity, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications. Excellent communication, both oral and written. Project management. Ability to drive change to improve productivity and quality outcomes. Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. Influencing and negotiation. Change management. Metrics and measurements as applied to SDLC.
