(IT) IT Development Manager


This is an outstanding opportunity to join a large blue chip household name in the superannuation industry. Working as part of the Parramatta operation you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of highly skilled IT Specialists in the M & E and development of the customer service applications. This position will manage key internal stakeholders as well as 3rd party vendors and is responsible for 6 key applications. To be successful in this position you will need the following skills and experience: previous demonstrable experience in leadership positions within applications development environments. Demonstrable experience in financial services organisations. A minimum 10 years commercial experience, preferably within applications support or development. A min 5 years experience leading teams of developers. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder and vendors.
