(IT) Reporting Analyst


The successful candidates key objectives will be: to provide the best customer service management of all internal/external customer reporting. Responsible for ensuring reporting systems are functional and SLA’s relating to performance reporting are met. They will be: responsible for delivery of timely and accurate reports to the Managed service customers. Build relationships with customers. Overall daily maintenance and management of the system on - call if needed for support of the system. Overall data management. Required skills: WAN/LAN monitoring/management experience using such network packages as HP, Openview, Performance Insight and Concord eHealth Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat software to manipulate report formats Router Hardware - familiarization with products including Cisco, 3COM, Stratacom MDDS, DDS, DDN - familiarization with workings of Telecom circuits Solaris. Additional experience: knowledge of Remedy call logging application Linux (Redhat) Windows 2000 Server Frame Relay ISDN.
