(IT) Senior Consultant - Mining Supply Chain

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our large outsourcing client in the CBD. To be considered for this permanent role you will have several years experience in Mining Supply Chain, particularly with product tracking and inventory management. Essential: 5+ years of experience in the mining Supply Chain. Strong background in manufacturing execution systems domain, with particular emphasis on product tracking and inventory management. A Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline. Demonstrated track record in technical specification, design, applications development and or systems integration. Ability to write and interpret specifications. Ability to document and review processes and procedures. Strong analysis design development experience and delivery of value adding business technology solutions with an ability to manage scope, timelines and expectations. Working knowledge of and experience with data information issues. Skilled at problem solving, analysis and synthesis. Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ensure that all knowledge established during the course of the project is documented, captured and made available for re-use. Ability to develop complete tasks in a timely and proactive manner. Ability to work productively in a team environment. Mentor and support professional development activities. Actively share knowledge with team members to accelerate learning. Ensure appropriate
