Previous experience of some of the following is necesssary:- Experience in on-site integration of PABXs with CTI solutions (preferably Genesys or Cisco) Experience in Call Recording and WorkForce management (sunch as Nice, Witness or Verint) Programming skills - Any of Visual Basic, Visual.NET, C#, C++ or Java, SQL Database skills - SQL Server or Oracle Installation/configuration of Intel/Dialogic telephony cards Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2000 or 2003
