(IT) System Support Engineer - Grad. Position


My Client is a government endorsed, Solutions Partner for a selection tier-1 enterprise solution providers. With offices in 4 states, their organisation is committed to delivering world-class enterprise software and hardware solutions. Having reached the No.1 status in Australia for many government and private vendors, the organisation is breaking sales records and expanding rapidly. As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be trained and supported to become a Specialist across the various software and hardware offered and supported by my client. KEY SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE: Excellent written and verbal communication Development/programming skills Java, VB Script, ASP.Net 1-2 Yrs experience within a helpdesk/customer support role Mature approach to working on client sites and proactive in personal development. As you will be working with some unique software and hardware, this role will involve a great deal of in-house training and you will be partnered with a team member to ensure your success in the organisation. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE: Bachelor of Computer Science (or equivalent) (Degree is essential) This role would be ideal for a Grad with a passion for IT with the goal to becoming a highly skilled specialist.
