(IT) Training Support Officer - Software Focus


Our client a leader is software development is seeking a Support Officer to support their software implementation team. The successful candidate will be supporting Trainers, Consultants, business partners and resellers - co-ordinating training delivery within AusPac. The role is a dynamic mix of administrative, scheduling, training implementation and documentation and customer support. To be successful for the role ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following: Certificate III in Business Administration Certificate IV in workplace training. Technical writing experience. Customer service focus and delivery experience. An eye for detail Well developed liaison and communication skills training support experience. The Implementation Services and Partner Support Officer position has the following responsibilities with respect to training activities: administration and scheduling of product training and associated orders and processes. Liaising with the Manager regarding training and implementation services. Maintain the clients software timetable and schedule for Trainer and Consultants. Provide customers with relevant training and accreditation certificates. Prepare and maintain procedural documentation for implementation services as required. Customer support regarding travel, meals and training manuals as required.
