(IT) IT Support Specialist
Our client is a leading Developer, manufacturer and marketer of products in the health sector. They operate in over 65 countries via 16 direct offices and a network of distributors with extensive knowledge and experience of local markets. Our client is looking for a First Level IT Support Specialist to be a part of their wonderful organisation. You will be a member of the IT service desk team supporting over 800 IT users within our client’s Asia Pacific sites. You will be required to: provide first level telephone support, accurately diagnosing and rectifying user hardware and application issues. Provide assistance with remote second level support when unable to resolve at first point of contact. Provide software application support on both standard operating environment, office automation products and other application needs, and assist in the provision of management and technical reporting. You will have industry experience, be customer focused and have Microsoft operating and applications experience.
