(IT) Senior Application Support Analyst

They have just expanded their offices across Asia Pacific in countries such as Korea, China and Japan and are providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Applications Support Analyst to come onboard and work within the dynamic team environment. This position is perfect for a support specialist looking to fully utilise their specific skills and experience. The role: as a Senior Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support (functional and technical) to Financial Controllers, CFOs and accounting staff, both nationally and internationally. You will also be required to meet SLA’s and other customer satisfaction targets, whilst independently closing calls of varying technical difficulty. You will also be required to create documentation such as FAQ’s, best practise guidelines etc. The skills: min 2 years application support experience Solid experience with financial accounting software (Hyperion, Cognos EP, TM1, Peoplesoft Financials, SAP Financials etc). A broad range of technical experience including Web technologies. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. The ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
