(IT) Senior Software Support Engineer (x 2) - Storage/SAN, Unix, Windows

You will be part of the part of the global support team and will be responsible for applying technical expertise in quickly resolving complex customer issues relating to backup/restore and data replication software running on Windows and Unix. This role will also involve administration and troubleshooting of both Windows and Unix Servers and guiding less experienced team members. Essential requirements for this position: minimum 6-7 years experience in the IT industry, with relevant qualifications. Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Strong Unix systems and network administration experience (Sun Solaris, HPUX, IBM AIX, Linux). Strong Windows 2000/2003 systems and network administration experience supporting/configuring. Storage/SAN systems. Experience in installing, configuring and supporting backup, replication, and continuous data protection software is highly desirable.
