(IT) SAP 2nd And 3rd Level Support
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a permanent SAP 2nd and 3rd Level Support to join this excellent company based in Northern Brisbane. The role: you will be responsible for providing and overseeing the support/helpdesk function for the SAP financial systems and inventory management within this high volume environment. Your main tasks will be to oversee and support any issues surrounding various data interfaces, general support for day to day system queries, liaising with the international helpdesk, and being involved in the overall strategy and improvement of the financial systems for the organisation, in conjunction with national policies and planning. To be successful you should: be an outgoing, astute individual, with excellent communication skills. Have strong experience with SAP especially within finance and inventory management. Have over 3 solid years in a SAP helpdesk/systems in 2nd/3rd level support role. Be intermediate MS Excel and MS Access skills.
