Located in the CBD Global Investment Bank1st/2nd Level Desktop Support Win XP/Lotus Notes/Active Directory Our client is a Global Investment Bank who are looking to immediately bring on a talented helpdesk/support analyst providing 1st/2nd level support to desktop environments across the Bank in a Windows XP/Lotus Notes/Active Directory environment. Responsibilities for this position include: First and second level support of desktop environments (Win XP/Active Directory/Lotus Notes) as well as network and phone connectionsSet-up New Users and maintain existing user accounts to all identified networks and systemsTroubleshooting desktop issues ranging from small remote configuration issues through to larger scale on site supportEnsuring accurate monitoring and tracking of faults and tasks as well as undertaking regular audits of Desktop applications and servicesEssential Requirements for this position are: Minimum 2 3 years experience providing help desk/2nd level support to desktop environments in a Win XP/Lotus Notes/Active Directory environmentMust have prior Investment Banking experience (Reuters, Bloomberg etc).
