This organisation requires the services of an experienced SAP Technical Team Leader with management skills and solid hands on technical ability that is experienced in managing an SAP technical team. Responsibilities: manage and lead a team of 10 SAP Developers. In charge of implementation management issues. Co-ordination of technical SAP issues. Monitor the development process and some hands-on development. Manage the project and system changes. Mentor and coach SAP Developers. Essential skills: 2 years managing within SAP technical environment. Strong SAP Technical skills (ABAP). Proven organisational, Team Leader and project management skills.
