Insurance industry, 6 month contract, CBD location, insurance industry. Our client within the finance industry is currently looking for a Business Analyst to work on major IT System Implementation Program across 6 different insurance business units as part of the dynamic & expending commercial insurance operation: You will be partnering with Business Units & an External IT Supplier in finalising & documenting specific business system requirements such as workflow, reports, document templates, data migration( validation, mapping & cleansing), business rules/ratings & screen layout. Work with Business Units in developing Test Plans & Scenarios. Assisting Business Units with performing & documenting testing results. Assist Project Leader & Business Unit Resources with project documentation. Key skills for this role are: have a minimum of 5 years exp as a Business Analyst. Insurance product development & life cycle knowledge. Excellent Document Writing skills. Process mapping skills. Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills. Must be at ease & able to influence, form partnership with Senior Manager eg Managing Directors, CEO etc. Analytical skills to assess impact of requested system changes on Base IT system. (IT&T) IP Network Engineer X 2
