(IT) Flexibility ‘key in IT work’

Australian employers looking to hire IT staff need to adopt a more flexible approach, according to a recruitment forecast.There is a wide pool of talent looking for positions in the IT sector but businesses have to be less rigid in their expectations of candidates, suggests a January quarterly report from Hays Information Technology.
