Position: Head Of Systems Integration - ME Islamic Bank
Skills: My client is a fast growing Middle Eastern islamic bank, who are establishing their IT group, as we speak, now needing to recruit their Head of Systems Integration. In overview: responsible for managing the rollout of end-to-end IT projects across all areas of the bank, managing applications development & planning teams, working closely with vendor management team & Head of Governance/QA, ensuring compliance with timeframes & budgets. Responsibilities: support GM IT develop & implement IT policy. Manage IT implementations, including: infrastructure, hardware & software set-up, working closely with Infrastructure Manager, communications config, closely with Network Manager, User Set-up, Apps Installalation & Integration. Manage apps development team, ensure successful: Apps planning, development, integration & maintenance. Manage apps planning team, ensure successful: interface with business planning team, business requirements definition, analysis & acceptance, release planning. Ensure implementation ‘best practice’, manage staff, respond to change requests, & maintain a detailed knowledge of bank’s processes & current sys integration & Project Management developments in the industry. Experience: IT, with experience in the FSI area, managing systems integration projects, background in banking package solutions, plus Web services, track record of large-scale systems delivery.
