Your main responsibility will be to provide Desktop, Infrastructure and applications support for approximately 150 users in 10 locations in Australia and New Zealand. The organisation offers a very stable environment with a variety of interesting work. This role reports directly to IT Manager in Australia This is a great opportunity to continue to develop your hands on technical skills whilst developing your project management expertise. Your role will be to provide: Local services (batch processing, backups etc) Operational support sevices (local reporting, controls, network) Helpdesk support Systems assurance (server availability, performance, maintenance) Special Projects participation
