Position: Billing Systems Consultant (Kenan/Arbor Preferred)
Skills: Specializing in billing systems consulting/implementations to Australian telco firms, our client (global consulting) now require additional Billing Application Specialists/Consultants to provide on site (Melbourne or Sydney) skills in the delivery, configuration, implementation and operational support services focusing associated in telecomm billing systems. Responsibilities: full SDLC consulting in billing systems inc system config projects involving their architecture, development, testing, documentation & implementation (including determining the implementation approach); providing daily operational support for the Kenan (Arbor) billing applications. Looking at issues such as upgrades, performance & business efficiency. Skills required: 2 years exp in Kenan or Arbor config/billing systems consulting/ implementation. Ability to support Kenan production system operations. Understanding of telecom billing concepts. Understanding of RDBMS; Excellent client side skills with strict attention to detail. Proven problem solving, solid knowledge of billing ie integrating Web billing systems.
