Skills: J2EE Software Engineer required to join a expanding, software consulting organisation (Sun partner), in Sydney which specialises not only in providing architectural advice and support but also in the design and delivery of J2EE applications on a project basis to leading financial, telco, government and insurance organisations. Key skills: 3 years minimum J2EE development; solid understanding of OO principles; understanding and use of design patterns; sound working knowledge of UML; good knowledge of related opensource technologies; exposure to Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSF and advantage; solid working knowledge of Web Application Servers ie Websphere, SunOne etc; J2EE certifications are an advantage.
