Position: Application Support Analyst - New Service Desk
Skills: ASAP start, CBD location, $50k + super (negotiable), rotating 24X7, global support. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing a high level of support to mission critical business systems & applications to clients across the globe. Key responsibilities include: level 1 issue resolution for global clients. Logging & tracking of service requests using Call Management System. Ownership & management of service requests within support guidelines. Analysis & investigation of service requests to determine severity, cause & solution. End to end management of service requests to L2 and/or L3 support through to resolution. On-log issues to 3rd party providers as required. Documenting issues & outcomes in internal tracking systems in turn developing a knowledge base. Maintenance of online help & user documentation for supported applications. To be successful in this role you will bring only the very best communication skills, first-class customer service ethic & advanced documentation skills.
