Position: Senior Solution Engineer/Architect - Enterprise Search Technology
Skills: This is a rare opportunity to become part of a growing, professional team with this expanding software firm. A global company, the Australia operation commenced as recently as eighteen months ago, and already they boast many of the country’s largest organisations as clients. The opportunity therefore combines the dynamic of being part of a small, but highly experienced team growing the domestic business, whilst being trained and supported by a publicly listed company. Right now, the client is seeking two Senior Software Engineers to lead projects at a technical level. This includes a range of activities, from analysis, Solutions Architecture, development, implementation, testing and client support. Ideally, you will have gained approximately ten years experience in the development of enterprise software applications across a broad range of technology, such as Java/J2EE, C++, Smalltalk, Python or similar Object Oriented development. Additionally, you will have broad operating systems experience including Windows and Unix combined with RDBMS experience (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server etc). Your experience will likely include large, enterprise E-commerce solutions, to n-tiered Client Server applications. Right now, you are a Senior Engineer or Developer, perhaps leading a team. Either way, you are technically hands-on and motivated by technical challenge and delivering solutions that go beyond just providing a business application.

Rate: $100k-130k + Bonus And Options
