Primary responsibilities will include: * Assist the Application Support Team Lead/Manager in the delivery of the support team’s day-to-day Ellipse and other in scope applications support activities. * Responsibility for configuring and testing of Ellipse and other in scope applications to meet user requests and business requirements * Translate client service requests and business requirements into target application design level software requirements and application functionality * Review solution alternatives and impact analysis with users and facilitate solution selection * Participate in system, integration, performance and user acceptance testing.Ideally, you will be degree qualified in an IT or related discipline and have gained experience in working within a MIMS/Ellipse application environment.
