The environment: our client is a leading consulting house and they now need to appoint an experienced Hummingbird Support Analyst to strengthen the Brisbane team. Our client works with a variety of customers spanning across a wide range of industries. You will be working within a global IT organisation and participating within the Hummingbird community (if available). Sometimes you will work independently or part of a team as required by a project. Essential skills & experience: Hummingbird desktop, webtop, Administrator, experience Hummingbird Support experience Hummingbird certified. Successful Hummingbird implementation experience. Development of requirements documents. Implementation plans and training materials. Desired skills & experience: Hummingbird data migration. Relational database management information management consulting. Hummingbird integration with Portals, ERPs, Application Servers and Email. Excellent problem solving, analysis skills and customer focus. Pre sales support including proposal and bid writing. Red Dot Web content management experience. Opportunity for advancement: you will have the opportunity to work in a newly created Hummingbird Service Offering, this may provide supervisory opportunity as the team increases.
