Position: Senior Business Intelligence Consultant
Skills: A unique opportunity has arisen within a fast paced, dynamic global organisation for a Business Intelligence Senior Consultant. The role: a solution delivery focus on reporting and analytic tool sets including BusinessObjects, Cognos, Microsoft and/or SAS. The person should have product implementation skills and a deep understanding of product functionality and capabilities in one or more of these product sets. Solid implementation experience with other BI products such as MicroStrategy or Hyperion will also be considered. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques as they relate to the support of reporting and analytic solutions. Project experience implementing relational and multidimensional Datamodelling and analytics would be advantageous. Project experience with ETL tools like SQL Server Integration Services (DTS), Informatica, DataStage, BusinessObjects Data Integrator, etc. would be advantageous. Key technologies: BO Enterprise XI (preferably some implementation experience with BO XI R2). Web Intelligence (6.5 or later). Crystal Reports. Data Integrator. Dashboard and/or Scorecard Manager.
