Position: SAP IS Demand Manager (FI/CO Background)

This outstanding position encompasses 2 main areas: management of demand for IS Services for chosen business portfolio area and. leadership in business process management and related projects of varying size. The successful applicant will be responsible for: effective & efficient delivery of high quality enhancements and project deliverables to agreed timelines. Timely (within SLA) delivery of application support of sound quality. Effective leadership of individual enhancements, project tasks & support within application and development teams. Define standardised business processes, performing fit/gap analysis and providing alternate solutions. Ensure design enhancements and project outcomes to best leverage existing SAP investment and manage cost of ownership going forward. Expansion of SAP module expertise over time, to provide both backup coverage for other team members, and also enable team to flex in response to evolution in business strategic focus. Identification of appropriate low-end opportunities for utilization of Consultants and effective management of Consultants on such engagements. Deliver effective interaction with the business functions, to different levels of management. To mentor and on a task basis supervise junior colleagues within the business applications group.
