Position: Quality, Risk And Process Manager
Skills: This leading organisation is seeking to appoint a Quality, Risk and Process Manager to work within their IT services division. In this role you will provide leadership and strategic direction and ensure that effective and high quality service management is adhered to. Other tasks will include support to the CIO on risk management committee intiatives and ensuring compliance is met, provide advice on quality assurance best practice, provide support to the ITS lines of service and manage IT risks. Experience leading a small team is required along with the skills required to manage a cost centre budget. To be considered for this role it is necessary to demonstrate skills in implementing quality systems, risk identification and development of risk plans, and significant expertise in developing and managing relationships and communication with all levels of people. It is imperative that you have a tertiary qualification, and preference will be given to candidates with project management certification and/or ITIL certification.
