Position: 2nd Level Supprt Engineer, MCSE/CCNA
Skills: This newly created position involves working for a niche company who provide technical support services for a range of clients across the CBD area. Working within a small and personal team you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within a very hands-on environment both with internal and external clients. You will be working both on and off client sites and will possess a real can-do attitude and have the ability to think logically about issues and be comfortable working under pressure, as this position can be diverse. Working across an array of hardware issues you will become the main interface of 2nd level support issues between the clients and be expected to trouble shoot 1st level problems as and when they arise. You will need to have ideally 2 + years working within a help desk support environment, MCSE and CCNA would be ideally required. You will need to possess a logical approach to problems and think through strategies and ways to approach issues. My client is looking for someone who is very dependable and technically savvy and is able to think and approach technical issues with confidence as well as be very client facing. Above all you will have a passion for technologies and enjoy tackling technical issues and coming up with new approaches to resolving issues.
