Skills: Technology Support Officer. Up to $75k salary package. CBD location. Excellent company culture & career progression opportunities. Our client, a high profile financial services brand, is seeking an experienced network and Server support professional to join their team. This role provides day-to-day support of the entire technical environment, with task ranging from configuration of desktop PC’s to problem solving issues raised by end users. The core responsibilities of this role are to: maintain and update Server systems. Ensure data integrity of critical systems by implementing backup strategies and disaster recovery plans. Administer the phone system. Train staff in problem resolution. Manage company software. support and maintain the network for end users. To be successful in this role, you will: a minimum of 3 years experience. A CCNA certification (if not a CCNP) and a working knowledge of Cisco Server/routing/switching. Knowledge of Checkpoint Firewall. Demonstratable skills in the Microsoft Suite. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
