Position: Senior Business Analyst
Skills: A leader in home and industrial security is looking for a Snr Business Analyst. To be considered for this position you would need to effectively analyse & understand the business processes used in designated business unit(s) or functional area(s). Develop solutions and provide guidance to business users in the correct and most effective use of existing business applications, including training where needed. Build and manage relationships with the designed business unit(s) managing customer satisfaction and expectations. Be able to translate business requirements into information requirements, and design appropriate solutions to business problems Key requirements: manage the life cycle of development projects with regard to scope, schedule, development and training. Develop relationships with business operational users. Focus on the improvement of business procedures and processes and liaise closely with the business owners to manage any requests for development. Perform root cause analysis and identify where users require more knowledge/ training with application systems and be able to provide user support and training. Minimum requirements Undergraduate/Graduate Degree with emphasis in Information Technology. Minimum 7 years experience in the IT business, with the last 4 years dealing with IT applications and business unit processes. Ideally at least 4 years experience with ERP applications, for example JDE. Salary: 90-100k base + super. Ashfield location.
